Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order after deliver. Your happiness is extremely important to us and for the reason we are committed to provide the best possible experience & service. If a product is fault in anyway, then we are liable to exchange or redo it. Every order is custom print & make for the client who orders it, which means we cannot re-stock or re-sell the material that is returned to us to maintain the non-disclosure attitude of working.

Order Cancellation

Please contact our customer service team within 30 minutes after you place your order before we start process. You are welcome to contact if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. After 30 minutes, we shall not take any cancellation on order in any case.

No Delivery

Please contact our customer service team in case delivery is delayed or not delivered within estimated time. We will be unable to pursue your claim if you don’t notify us within 30 days of placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order for any product is incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged. We shall arrange a replacement in no time. Please note that you need to send the faulty products to us in order to investigate and replace. We can even compensate replacement with your next orders if re-do time is constraint.

Procedure for Exchange

  • Please contact us through call or email to start a return request before sending back the product
  • Please arrange pictures, photos or proofs of the issue including order number for quick response
  • Please arrange return using suitable shipping service to return the product
  • Product must be report within 14 days after receipt to entertain the exchange procedures.
